Return&Replacement
We do not offer returns at this time. However, we provide replacements for damaged or defective products.
Replacement Policy:
- You can request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a replacement, contact us at getitforflames@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
- Certain items, like perishable goods and sale items, are non-replaceable.
Please note that we are not accepting refund requests at this time. We appreciate your understanding!
